Good gym. Not fancy. Much more of a warehouse gym. Split into two sides - x-fit on one, and barbell on the other. We use the barbell only plan for membership. A few kinks with the door-access app (I keep getting an error, but my bf has no issues...) I also keep my Golds membership to have access to more accessory equipment, pool, cardio classes, etc. There's just not space for all that I'd like to have at RSC, and that's OK... just like Gold's is a good all-around gym, but don't have competition-grade equipment and 24hr acce... read more

Regardless of what your reason may be in wanting to join RSC, don't wait.... Pricewise, it is one of the most affordable CrossFit gyms I've known: being able to attend as many sessions as you can/want, plus the lifting gym.... Kent, as the owner and one of the trainers, he is AWESOME! Always paying attention to how you do the exercises.
