Regardless of what your reason may be in wanting to join RSC, don't wait.... Pricewise, it is one of the most affordable CrossFit gyms I've known: being able to attend as many sessions as you can/want, plus the lifting gym.... Kent, as the owner and one of the trainers, he is AWESOME! Always paying attention to how you do the exercises. My 15 year old daughter started going here and Kent worked one on one with her to ensure she was ready to begin the workouts. This is a great gym, that’s family oriented, in a good location, and full of knowledgeable staff that will help you jump in regardless of your experience. Whether you’re looking to get back in shape, or are a first timer to functional fitness, this is the place to start.
