This is one of my favorite gyms in the area. With experienced coaches, plenty of equipment, great people and a fun atmosphere this gym is one that I look forward to going to daily. There are plenty of classes to choose from-including kids, teens, and seniors. And if a structured class isn’t for you or not needed-no problem, they offer gym memberships with 24/7 access.

Good gym. Not fancy. Much more of a warehouse gym. Split into two sides - x-fit on one, and barbell on the other. We use the barbell only plan for membership. A few kinks with the door-access app (I keep getting an error, but my bf has no issues...) I also keep my Golds membership to have access to more accessory equipment, pool, cardio classes, etc. There's just not space for all that I'd like to have at RSC, and that's OK... just like Gold's is a good all-around gym, but don't have competition-grade equipment and 24hr acce... read more
