Very un professional. I have been renting with them for almost 7 months now and have been trying to get them to do repairs on my suite for 5 months now. There has been a leaking window for a long time. When I moved into the unit there was a badly patched wall. The unit was in horrible condition as it was, the painting was awful, the carpet was old and messed up in multiple areas.
