Very kind and helpful staff. We called and put in a request to start service in an area that didn’t match…(not an error of theirs just an updated address since the building was open) we spoke with another lady after we did some verification and both ladies were super helpful and kind. No issues so far! :)

My mother passed away from cancer she was behind almost $1800 on her bill, I had to come take care of her before passing away and when she did pass away I then had to be out on her lease to legally live in her apartment. According to REC me signing the lease has also meant that I have given them permission to put my mother’s past bill in my name… I have had to pay the majority off through places like salvation army. I’m so frustrated with this company. My account information was messed up on my account (how idk because i’ve always had to use rapp electric), and so my auto pay didn’t process correctly or it takes so long for the payment to process by the time it clears, you’re past due. If i’m on autopay i’m not paying attention to the app every single time its due; if I did that with every bill it would me checking all day. Upgraded my initial 1 star rating to a 3 star because power was restored in about an hour and 15 minutes. Original post.....it is Thanksgiving afternoon with a Turkey in the electric roaster and a pie in the oven. Guess what, we lost electric power. This is like an every other month occurrence that power is lost.. nothing better than cooking a Thanksgiving meal on generator power.. that the lord we have a backup generator.. Not a reliable electric provider.
