Although Rappahannock Building & Remodeling, Inc. did not do the actual build, the customer service during the planning stages that I received for the proposed project was fantastic. Jon was on time for the appointment and very professional during the entire meeting. In addition, he listened to everything I had to say and took the time to come up with preliminary drawings based on changes I wanted made.
I couldn't be more pleased with Jon and his employees at Rappahannock Building and Remodeling. I chose them because of good reviews and they have the highest BBB rating, as well as the fact that they are a locally owned and operated business. They have remodeled my hallway bathroom and have done a beautiful job. The work involved included ripping out the old shower and floor and replacing them with a tile floor, tile on the walls, installing a bathtub and a new shower head. Asked for and received a quote for an extension on a driveway. Work was delayed some due to weather but work was completed in a reasonable time and the results more than meet our requirements. Highly recommend this contractor.
