Dr Rapp and staff are extremely professional and kind. He is very thorough and helpful with his information. I highly recommend as a primary care provider!
Horrible front end staff that are incapable of calling you back in any sort of timely manner. And the doctor will just send you passive aggressive messages through the portal whenever you need anything done rather than actually going and facilitating anything to help his patients. Stereotypical University of Maryland wording when it comes to needing a healthy patient doctor relationship. Very concerned about health of his patients, provides honest and understandable evaluations.
I have been seeing Dr. Rapp for many years, and I cannot say enough good things about him. Dr. Rapp's compassion, depth and breadth of knowledge, and genuine care are exceptional. His responsive is also extremely impressive.
