I highly recommend this business! David and Craig at Raponi were so helpful from start to finish! I called them in the morning about my clogged upstairs bathroom sink drain. David was pleasant and took my information. He took my availability and then gave me an accurate timeline of when to expect a call from Craig to set up when he'd come over. I placed a call for service on Monday. Told my order was in & someone would be out. Thursday I called to inquire if anyone was coming. I was given excuses & told she would call me right back. I never heard back. I called Friday morning. Again excuses. I called another company and they were here within 2 hours & my drain is fixed. Unfortunately a local company could not communicate with me and keep me updated and wasted a week of my time, waiting for them.
