I live out of state but have a rental property in Bremerton. My tenant told me the crawl space under the house was flooding. I called Ricky and he came out that same day. The issue was a stuck float ball in the sump pump. He fixed it for $125. He's honest, prompt, and reasonably priced. On top of that the tenant told me Ricky was pleasant to deal with. I'll definitely be using him again.

Owner Rick takes pride in his work! Came to my house on a Saturday and went in my tight dusty crawl space and fixed my hot/cold hose bib. He was fast and friendly with high quality part and his service. Definitely would recommend him!

had a very small job and was referred to Rick by Home Depot pro services. Rick called before I was out of the store, came out the same week, completed the task and did so at a very fair price. Highly recommend.

I have a commercial rental building that had a structural situation arise. I called Rick. He stopped by and met me at the property. He found the source of the the problem in a very short time. By finding and correcting the cause of the structure failure he prevented what would have become a lot worse.
