Oscar with RapiMove was amazing! I called him for same-day help, and he was able to meet me within two hours. He helped us move a mattress, bed frame, and chair from a storage unit to my daughter’s apartment. He was professional, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. This company is extremely unprofessional. I clearly informed the owner that I had delicate marble furniture requiring specialized equipment, and he assured me they were prepared. However, they showed up with just two workers and no proper equipment, then claimed they couldn’t complete the job. On top of that, they still demanded payment simply for showing up. I refused, since I had already paid and the issue was entirely on their end. Be cautious—this company operates in a very dishonest way.
