Absolutely amazing place to get a very awesome wristband!! I have shopped here for many, many years, and they always come out on top! I have always been satisfied with all my orders from day one. Wonderful and patient customer service as well. Customer Service Reps., Azalia and James, as well as rest of the team, have been wonderful and very helpful! I placed an order 9/21/2025 for delivery 9/25/2025 an option available through the order process and prepaying all fees and shipping. I received a call 9/23/2025 that they would not be able to deliver on time. I expressed dissatisfaction because this is not the first time they have done this to me. The representative put me on hold and checked with production and told me they would have the wristbands to me in time for my event. I ordered wristbands from this company based on the information presented on its webpage that it ships from the US and based on the presented delivery times available. Spoiler alert: The company ships from China and does NOT deliver items on time. Use another company.
