Very friendly and open environment as you walking.
Wish I could give zero stars. They refused to put me on the schedule for 2 weeks after my permanent retainer broke, causing my teeth to move out of place in the meantime because the wire was torqued against them. They then offered me no apology and a $3,500 quote for Invisalign to fix what could have been avoided with a 10 minute repair. Ethically bankrupt business. Go somewhere that actually cares about its longtime customers.
