I had a great experience at my orthodontic appointment today. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated.
We just started our ortho here with our 3 kids. Everything from the first phone call, to scheduling, to our consultation has been so positive. Everyone is so kind. The atmosphere is very welcoming and clean.

The sweetest staff ever! They are patient, kind, and great with kids! When the initial referral went through, we were originally scheduled in Wausau. The Rapids location noticed our address was in Rapids and called to ask if we’d rather be seen in Rapids. And got us in the same week. Glad we found them!
