As someone else mentioned, the negatives are always captured in most reviews regarding healthcare. This was a great experience for me. Called at 8:08am and was in for 9:25. Nurses were quick and efficient and the NP was helpful and easy to deal with and answered any questions. She was short with conversation but she knew what I needed, knew what the issue was and was decisive. I needed some documents from them and they were helpful with that as well. I went after work for sinus and throat pain. The receptionist/nurse and doctor listened to my symptoms, took my temperature and blood pressure, then the doctor checked out my ears and throat. My throat and sinuses prived to be inflammed. I was given a prescription that lasted 10 days, and I was sent on my way.
