Rapids Car Wash, use at your own risk. – DO NOT use Rapid Car Wash on Cooper St. in Arlington. The people are RUDE. I sat in line waiting to get my car washed, there was one car in front of me. The two guys at the statioon were talking to the person in the car (shooting the breeze from what I could tell, laughing and carrying on) while I waited over 10mins. Bad Customer Service, Don't Use, Damage to Cars, Owner not responsive – BEWARE, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I took my brand new Honda Pilot to the Rapids Express wash on S. Cooper. Not only did the car wash not clean the vehicle, but it also placed a 3" scratch on the hood. When I informed the manager, Gerry, he was very unhelpful, and almost to the point of being rude.
