Kally I s very unprofessional and not helpful. She has a very nasty attitude. Once they take your money that's a wrap. I have been waiting a year in a half and have mentioned this matter to the manager kally who doesn't care about any thing but repping ppl off. Iam still fighting to get money from irs because of something she have did and don't want to correct it. Please don't do not go here.
Go anywhere else but here! Kellie and Melissa are so unprofessional and messy. I have to have 2 tax returns ammended because of this sham of a company putting inaccurate information on my returns. They need to be shut down!!!! They are currently being investigated by the IRS. DO NOT FILE WITH THEM unless you want to owe! I will take my taxes to a national chain moving forward.
