Dropped my pc off around 6/18/19. Was advised it would take a week to get it checked out. No problem. Heard nothing from them, so I called on the 28th of June. Was told someone had tried to call twice. I had no missed calls and no messages. I asked that in the future if someone called, to please leave a message. Subject stated that a diagnostic was done and was given info about what was wrong. Asked how much it would be to repair.
