I love my physicians, the secretaries, the nurses and even ancillary medical staff however recently they have implemented the new call system, taking away that small office feel and making you feel less important.

I have been with Rapides Reg. Phy. Group for several years now. First in Alexandria, off 28 West, and now in Pineville in the Kingsville Shopping Center. My regular provider, an NP, recently left and I am with another NP, Lindsey , and I couldn’t ask for better! She has the best attitude and makes you feel very comfortable during your visit. Dr Beard is awesome. He is the 3rd ppc that I’ve brought my mom to. She has vascular dementia and her neurologist said her PPC has to manage her symptoms. Dr Beard is the only doctor that has listened and seemed to understand and also suggested home healthcare for her. He’s a very caring and compassionate doctor. Thank you!
