My prescription ran out and no one answered the phone for 2 months, when I get in to see them they are super helpful but the phone system is terrible
I have been with Rapides Reg. Phy. Group for several years now. First in Alexandria, off 28 West, and now in Pineville in the Kingsville Shopping Center. My regular provider, an NP, recently left and I am with another NP, Lindsey , and I couldn’t ask for better! She has the best attitude and makes you feel very comfortable during your visit. Staff is mostly nice , patient, and personable. Wait time can be longer than comfortable at times. But nothing terrible. Dr.Beard is top notch at his job. He listens, doesnt comment on things unless I bring it up to him.
The people are great the office is in a great location
