This is my clinic for over a decade now. I like how they handle me every time I have a check up. They are professional. They will sit down and listen to my concerns. I have no complaints at all. The staff are very friendly. I am comfortable talking to them because they listen. My waiting period during visit is fine. I don't have to sit there for too long before getting called. The clinic is clean and spacious. I always have a good experience.

I have been a patient at Rapiers Regional Physician Group for years, always paying cash for my appointments. Recently, my Adderall prescription was stolen from my car. I promptly filed a police report and brought a copy to the office to get a replacement prescription. The experience I had at the office was unacceptable. Have been facing quite a few health conditions over the past few years with VA being my primary care provider.
