So Thankful for Willard Beard, Mrs. Shannon and the whole office really for the great service they provide! My whole family uses them. They make it so easy to get needed care …. Whether that be through messaging on the Healow app or calling the office. Thank you Willard for your knowledge and willingness to always listen and figure it out for us 🤓
Excellent care, professional and knowledgeable staff. Only complaint is with Rapides Regional communication network which, while probably cost-effective, is not patient friendly; scheduling has apparently been outsourced to another country and it is almost impossible to speak to anyone at a specific department/office.
Beard and his nurse are always through, good communicators and attentive to concerns
The office staff was great but a call center to make appointments is a joke and no way to speak to the office is not acceptable. This will cost patients.
