This crew was top notch. Professional, but very warm and kind. Doctor Maewal set a thorough plan of tests to make sure the diagnosis was correct. Nurse Tony got me started, he was upbeat and obviously loved his work. Nurse Nora was stealthy - would get things done without me even noticing, and was very sharp. Daughter cut her hand on Friday night, we weren’t sure about stitches or not, but they were great! Just some dermabond and we were out of there. The front desk lady also brought a bunch of goodies for my daughter! Super sweet people. The place was also very clean and well stocked.

I brought my daughter in for a head wound. Everyone from the front desk receptionist, nurse, doctor, and radiologist were all so nice. GREAT bedside manners. They really care about what’s going on and explain everything in detail. This place is very clean and has a welcoming feeling. If I could give this place more stars I definitely would because they definitely deserve it.

I had such a great experience at RapidCare Emergency Room & Urgent ER. I came in with a leg injury and was seen quickly — the service was fast and efficient from start to finish. Dr. Nahn Ty was absolutely wonderful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and giving me excellent advice on how to care for my leg. What really impressed me was his approach — he didn’t just prescribe medication, but also recommended foods I could eat to help reduce swelling. Sadly I had a kidney stone attack which was very painful. I am not from here but a friend suggested RapidCare Emergency. The staff was amazing! Things moved alone quickly to address my situation and to make me comfortable. The doctor and nurses were very knowledgeable and explained what was happening in a manner I could understand which is very important to me.
