I brought my daughter in for a head wound. Everyone from the front desk receptionist, nurse, doctor, and radiologist were all so nice. GREAT bedside manners. They really care about what’s going on and explain everything in detail. This place is very clean and has a welcoming feeling. If I could give this place more stars I definitely would because they definitely deserve it.
Daughter cut her hand on Friday night, we weren’t sure about stitches or not, but they were great! Just some dermabond and we were out of there. The front desk lady also brought a bunch of goodies for my daughter! Super sweet people. The place was also very clean and well stocked.
I had an excellent experience in the emergency room. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional from the moment I walked in. They made me feel cared for, explained everything clearly, and worked quickly to make sure I was comfortable. I’m so grateful for the amazing help and treatment I received truly above and beyond! I would definitely considered this emergency room and urgent care!
Sadly I had a kidney stone attack which was very painful. I am not from here but a friend suggested RapidCare Emergency. The staff was amazing! Things moved alone quickly to address my situation and to make me comfortable. The doctor and nurses were very knowledgeable and explained what was happening in a manner I could understand which is very important to me. Truly a great experience from beginning to end. They genuinely cared about us while we were there, and made sure to constantly communicate with us as to what was happening. Liliana was so amazing and so kind, the next time we need the ER we’ll be going here no question about it.
