I wish I could give 10 stars, I had a great experience at Emergency Care Rapid Care. The staff was professional, caring, and treated me with kindness throughout my visit. Although the wait time was a little longer than expected, it was still much better than what I’ve experienced at other hospitals. The quality of care and attention I received made it well worth the wait. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of medical care.

I cannot say enough good things about this emergency room. In moments when you feel scared, overwhelmed, and unsure of what’s going to happen, the people here truly make all the difference. My husband and I have both had to visit months apart, and both times we were met with genuine compassion, patience, and kindness from every single staff member we encountered. As I entered Rapid Care ER, Mr. Kirby promptly greeted me with a warm smile as he explained what I needed to do prior to be seen by the medical staff. Dr. Adewole, Nurse Victoria, & Rad Tech Jaliysna were very professional, detailed, empathetic, knowledgeable, and punctual! Walked in and was greeted quickly by Kirby. He made the check process easy. Kirby escorted me to one of the rooms and I was first assisted by Tony. He was very personable and efficient. Dr. Adewole came in to complete the final evaluation. He was informative and professional . This is my second visit and I’ve encountered several people. All have been A1. Thank you.

I had a good experienced at this place. As soon as I walked in I was greeted right away at the front desk. She was very friendly and accommodating. It did not too long to call me inside. Everyone was nice and friendly. The facility looks clean. I recommend this place plus it’s open 24hours.
