This crew was top notch. Professional, but very warm and kind. Doctor Maewal set a thorough plan of tests to make sure the diagnosis was correct. Nurse Tony got me started, he was upbeat and obviously loved his work. Nurse Nora was stealthy - would get things done without me even noticing, and was very sharp. If I could give this establishment 10stars I would!!! From the moment I was greeted to the moment I left every single staff member was amazing, helpful and patient. The attentiveness, timeliness of being seen and treated was amazing. Filed out paper work, vitals were taken, x ray was done, spoke with the doctor all in 1 hr! Very homey establishment as well!! I WILL BE ACK FOR ANY AND EVERYTHING!!

I cannot say enough good things about this emergency room. In moments when you feel scared, overwhelmed, and unsure of what’s going to happen, the people here truly make all the difference. My husband and I have both had to visit months apart, and both times we were met with genuine compassion, patience, and kindness from every single staff member we encountered. As I entered Rapid Care ER, Mr. Kirby promptly greeted me with a warm smile as he explained what I needed to do prior to be seen by the medical staff. Dr. Adewole, Nurse Victoria, & Rad Tech Jaliysna were very professional, detailed, empathetic, knowledgeable, and punctual! I hate to do a 2 star review here because Dr Ta is so kind and listens to his patients patiently with no judgment…or if he judges he isn’t as obvious as a nurse there named Tony. It was quite evident that Tony thought I was on drugs or going through withdrawal. I asked for staff to run all drug tests so we can get that out of the way so he’d stop questioning me and continuously questioning why I was shaking.
