Rude. Waited about 10 mins to have representative tell me I need my child insurance card ! They always have it in the system at every other urgent care and had no problem. Not the best service here and shouldn't be called Rapid Urgent Care ! Not rapid or urgent ! Wish I could have given 0 stars. I don't recommend! They should put on their website about needing that info bc every parent don't have that on hand. Or at least have the respect to say " please have that ready bc we won't see you if not" but to say it after 10 minu... read more
