The rudest and inconsiderate person on my road service request Experience. I had problems with my Airbag leveling valve and called Rapid Truck and the retailer for their service. The guy came way later than promised, took my VIN, and told me he would call and left immediately. I have waited for two hrs and when no call I called him, He replied “he will call back once he hears from the dealer and I should not call him” and hung up on me. I have a trucking company and I was headed up 85 North and broke down on the shoulder, I looked up Mobile repair and called this company and he expressed that he didn't do engine repair but he went out of his way and got a part for my truck and brought it to me to get on my way, most people wouldn't have done that but he was a blessing in disguise and I would recommend anyone to go to this company based off of a concern for the fellow truckers, anytime my trucks have a problem up in that area, he's on my speed dial # 1INAMIL... read more
