Very knowledgeable but kinda pricey for routine service. Doubt I will go there as a first choice again but they'll do in a pinch.
The new outpost of Rapid Transit Cycle shop (which is originally based in Wicker park) is great! Approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly staff that are ready and willing to help. I went in to get my rear wheel fixed (the tire popped) and the the guy who fixed it explained what he was doing and what the problem was in the first place with the bike (the rim was sharp inside which ate through the tire and popped my tube). I really liked this because i actually got insight into the "mysterious inner workings of my bike" instea... read more

the guys who work here are amazing. They take such good care of my bikes. They are very knowledgeable and love working on our bikes. THey are quick to get the work done and their winter tune up is a great deal.
