I drove 4 hours one way to pick up a new Aero trailer,did the paperwork and was out of there in about an hour,didn't even make it 20 miles and noticed the skin on the side was not bonded to the frame,turned around and headed back to the dealership to be greeted by Logan the manager who was less than helpful.... long story short his demeanor ultimately led me to a full refund...8 hour round trip 250 in diesel another wasted hour to return.....He did offer to have it fixed but I don't think its right to pay new price for a rep... read more
