Rapid Services was incredibly reasonable, transparent with their pricing, and fast, as their name suggests. They opted to repair what they could instead of just replace everything and as someone who went in without getting insurance involved, that's very much appreciated.
We bought a card 1 year ago with many rebates and now this place is telling us that they do not honor that anymore! The fact is that we paid 100$ for that rebate card! It was a fraud!
We bought a card to get rebats for 80$ no expiration I came today to get my final free oil change and I learn that the manager don’t redeem the card. Been doing my oil change and other mechanic job over there but they lost me as a customer. By law in Florida those card has no expiration date. Now that they own me a free oil change they refuse to honor it. This is not honest!
These guys do a lot of repairs for us at Sam Galloway. Great people. Great service.
