Called to make an appointment and ended up canceling on the same call due to how rude the receptionist was. After that interaction and reading their reviews, I couldn’t imagine actually taking my car there to be serviced at all. -100000/10 don’t recommend

If I could give 0 start I would stay far away from these scammers and Gils they mess your car up on purpose so you can come back they had my vehicle 2 weeks paid $85 for "diagnostic" then tells me I need a battery so they can run the check but nothing was wrong with my battery before it went to them, seems like that's what they tell ever body didn't fix anything car worse than before it went to them
June 10th they called me to pay for them to run a diagnostic on my vehicle, which then I waited another week and a half almost close to two weeks before they called saying they didn’t run the diagnostic due to it needing a battery before they can actually run the diagnostic, and so my dad and I went up there and changed the battery put a new one in and before touching the battery the terminals were loose as hell and just came off, my dad had tighten them, I drove the car home and it’s driving just fine no check engine light,... read more
