Don’t even answer the phone
Had tires replaced. Truck drove fine in, undrivable over 60 leaving. They refused to entertain the possibility of bad tires also saying, they don't honor the warranty of the tires. Took the tires to another shop, 2 tires were found to be outside of tolerances. All 4 were were remounted, as Rapid didn't replace the valve stems that I was charged for. Manufacturer honored the warranty through another shop.
Monday april 11, my vehicle was picked up. Two or the day went past no call. So I called them I was told that I had to pay $250 deductible $100 for a diagnostic test & $150 for my vehicle to be picked up. May 6, 4:30pm I went and picked my vehicle up. By 6pm every light was on. Get ready to start my vehicle this morning it wouldn't even start.
