My daughter had car trouble with her car and rapid tire was supposedly fixed it but two days after we got the car back from rapid two of the coil packs and spark plugs are bad after they stated on the bill that they changed the spark plugs and coils .also they stated that they put a filler neck on the car when I just put a brand new radiator in and a new filler neck on the day before they came and picked up for repairs. Be careful their services are pricey for the work they do not do.
I just want to say thank you Mr bubba for helping me out of a bad situation with my car and I would like all the young ladies at the front desk Alexis destiny and Carrie to know I appreciate yall thank you for putting up with my attitudes LOL when I was mad about my car you ladies have great customer service...... TERRIBLE!!! Whatever they're suppose to fix they make worse plus some. Never going back. Don't care nothing about a warranty.
Called to make an appointment and ended up canceling on the same call due to how rude the receptionist was. After that interaction and reading their reviews, I couldn’t imagine actually taking my car there to be serviced at all. -100000/10 don’t recommend
