I’ve been working with Casey for over 5 years now and have had a consistently great experience. He always gets our taxes done quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. He also offers e-sign options that make the whole process super convenient for someone with a busy schedule like mine. The client portal is very helpful for gathering your tax documents in advance. Arrived at their office for a scheduled appointment. No one was there. No call. No email. Not even a text. Complete no show. WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Even their electronic document website is terrible. It will send a confirmation number and because it’s so slow. It will time out by the time you receive the email. Starting the whole process all over again.
The past two years we have been in and out of the office within 20 minutes. Casey and Cheryl are both great!
