Today while waiting in line behind 2 other vehicles for about 10 minutes the owner walks out, shakes his head, goes inside the shop bay and comes out with a large traffic cone with a closed sign on it...AND PUTS IT IN FRONT OF MY TRUCK NOT BEHIND IT! When I asked why his response was "I'm going to lunch" so I tell him it was really unprofessional to knowingly let a customer sit there for 10 minutes if that were his known intentions. Great weekday service, but avoid weekends 5-star service (weekdays): For the past 8-9 years, I've had very quick and efficient service during the week. Wait times are short, and the staff member is quick to get the job done. 0-star experience (weekends): The employee who works on weekends is consistently rude and aggressive for no apparent reason. Ignore the reviews! Come at a descent time and expect to wait around 10 minutes per vehicle. The gentleman that is there Wednesday-Saturday, is amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back.
