Great weekday service, but avoid weekends 5-star service (weekdays): For the past 8-9 years, I've had very quick and efficient service during the week. Wait times are short, and the staff member is quick to get the job done. 0-star experience (weekends): The employee who works on weekends is consistently rude and aggressive for no apparent reason. Ignore the reviews! Come at a descent time and expect to wait around 10 minutes per vehicle. The gentleman that is there Wednesday-Saturday, is amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back.
There is a reason why there are so many bad reviews. The man was not even able to read the insurance card properly 😒 just try Christian automotive for inspection stickers instead of going Rapid bs 🙄
