Outstanding Service from Rapidsoft Water LLC! We had Rapidsoft Water LLC scheduled for after 1 PM, but they called to see if they could come sooner, which was a great start. I love their texting communication—it’s so helpful! Our water pressure had been awful, but I didn’t realize just how bad it was until they completed their work. They ran multiple water tests and turned on and off various components like the iron wall and water softener, confirming that our pressure was indeed terrible.
