Terrible experience all around. I took 2 pairs of really expensive boots to be resoles here because I believe in supporting small businesses and they were completely ruined: Not only were they not ready on time, but the shoes I got back had been completely ruined. A whole piece was missing out of one and the other was completely ruined. Not to mention that the repairs looked cheap and slapped together.
