I've had a monthly package here for 2 months now! I've never had a bad experience here, until I went thru last weekend, It was very busy & there was only 1 guy to do pre-wash procedures - and poor guy was all alone to do tons of cars- Well, I forgot to ask for tape on my rear wiper & after I left, I realized my back wiper arm, blade-ALL OF IT- was gone!!
