Do not do business with this company. They are collecting deposits from customers for installation of security services and products and then not return the deposits and are not completing the installations. They are telling everyone that they are behind schedule due to COVID and that they are having trouble with staff due to COVID but do not respond to phone calls and emails. They have not even responded to the Association attorney attempting to get them to complete the install or to get the deposit returned.
This company is HORRIBLE. I've been a community manager for over 15 years and I have NEVER experienced anything like this. This company NEVER responds timely. There is NO SUCH THING as emergency calls. They charge for everything! The response time is super slow!!! We had two major projects for them and the wouldn't start the project until they received a deposit and when we OVERNIGHTED the checks to them, they still didn't start the project for another month.
