Called the 800 number on a Sunday. Guy that answers just answered the phone by saying hello I had no idea if I was calling a company or not so I asked was I calling rapid rooter and he stated yes. He asked did I live in an apartment? I said I live in a condo and he asked did I stay upstairs and I said yes. He said they could not do a service that was upstairs. Rapid Rooter Pro is great for clearing up your drains, and probably a bunch of other stuff too lol. They removed all the gunk and trash within my sink drain in about 30 minutes, and even did my other sink without me needing it. Very good service, definitely recommend!

Rapid Rooter pros are the best,they arrived at my house in Arcadia in one hour and they clear my sewer drain with the Jetter I was having roots growing from the trees I have in my yard, they also gave me a good warranty they show me a camera and show the big roots, they run a big Jetter truck to cut them off when they where done they re run the camera and boom no roots I had other plumbers in the pas and no one had told me about the Jetter They are the best very professional plumber
