I'm writing to express my frustration with what I regard to be extremely poor communication from this company. I called on a Friday evening (8:00PM) for a plugged drain line and left a message with the answering service (live person) and was told to wait for a phone call. After waiting for 3 hours on Friday night I did not receive a return phone call. I contacted Rapid Rooter for a basement shower drain that was completely clogged. They cleared the drain with their machine and didn’t over charging me. I got a quote from another company that ended up being many times more than what rapid rooter charged me. The value of their service is why I will be using them again for any future drain issues. Very happy with their service.

We were out of town when our pipes burst, Matthew made it out to our place in less than 10 minutes (at 8pm none the less). He was SO so helpful and saved the day! Grateful for him and all his help.

Called to schedule unwilling to set up an appointment to clean out the drain when we own our trailer. Last time there was no issue with scheduling when I HAD TO PAY THE BILL NOT THE LOT OWNER. If this is how people are treated calling for service I would look else where.

Excellent response time and service. I placed a call to the answering service at 11 pm and received a call back from Travis 5 mins later. Scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Travis arrived on time, thoroughly explained the issue, and resolved the problem. He was professional and courteous. I will definitely reach out if I have any plumbing issues in the future.
