From a call I made at 3:30 PM I was told that this sewer backup would be passed on to the after hours crew. Since that meant that it would be after 5:00 PM, I awaited a call shortly after 5. When I had not heard from anyone by 5:45PM, I decided to call again. An answering service relayed our situation to the after hours crew and when Pete called back, he said he had not heard about this call until the answering service called him.
