Not so rapid! Came out real fast, was super friendly and said the quote and information would be with me right away... I followed up a few times. No quote, never heard back. Failed completely at customer service by basically ignoring me.
When I asked Rapid Roofing to do an inspection, they found a problem before it got out of hand. saved me a great deal of cash.
those that follow through on their commitments and are honest and true. It's hard to find these days.
