Lived here since 2017 and have gone through 3-4 different owners/property managers. Rent has gone up considerably in the past few years but no renovations or maintenance has been done to account for the raise in rent. Management/owner now isn’t horrible, but more or less non-existent. The park floods every time it rains, even a little bit.. to the point where a normal sized car should be terrified to drive through. Many water leaks throughout the park and quite a few unkept trees.
