My experience with Rapid Restoration started well. They appeared knowledgeable and compassionate, but that was as good as it got. Over the course of a year in the claims process I found them to be unreliable, slow to respond, neglectful and wasteful. They broke my kitchen countertops but didn't disclose it until I asked about them during the remodel, they unnecessarily ran up water remediation/demo/pack out bill, which put me at risk for covering my own costs for the actual remodel (know your insurance claim limits), and the... read more
