My experience with Rapid Restoration started well. They appeared knowledgeable and compassionate, but that was as good as it got. Over the course of a year in the claims process I found them to be unreliable, slow to respond, neglectful and wasteful. They broke my kitchen countertops but didn't disclose it until I asked about them during the remodel, they unnecessarily ran up water remediation/demo/pack out bill, which put me at risk for covering my own costs for the actual remodel (know your insurance claim limits), and the... read more
Bo and Britny were absolutely a joy to have come over and start the repair process on our slab leak repair. They are extremely knowledgeable ,and your company will be highly recommended if anybody should ask. Thanks.
