We had multiple condo units that were wet. They came in and assessed the situation and began to quickly and efficiently identify the wet areas, began removal and disposal of wet items, and drying out the condos in an efficient and timely manner. They always were very courteous, respectful, responsive and patient to work with during the entire restoration process. They always cleaned up the condo before leaving each day. We had water intrusion from Hurricane Milton. Patrick came out & gave us a lot of info and a fair estimate. We were concerned about hiring an out of state business but he came recommended and brings copies of all of his insurance/business policies with him. No charge until the job is done. Once we started the work, Clayton came in daily and took care of the restoration. He was polite, friendly, and efficient. We appreciated that he always called before stopping by each day.
