Filed an insurance claim regarding a tree that fell on my house. Rapid Restoration received the claim to assess the damage. The day that the assessment was to occur I contacted them to establish a time that they would arrive. Rapid Restoration was unaware of the claim and informed me that they would have to reschedule a week or more in the future. The roof vents that Rapid Restoration installed caused snowmelt to leak into the house and onto the ceiling. They ignored several requests to come and inspect, and I had to hire another contractor to correct it.

Matt, Adam, Russ, Gerald, and the whole team at Rapid were awesome to deal with. They did a huge amount of repairs to our home, and kept us informed every step of the way. I hope I don't have to use their services again, but if I do I know it will be a good experience.

Matt is a professional. After our log house suffered significant water leakage from snow load/ ice damming and skylight failure our insurance adjuster contacted RR&R to prepare an estimate. This estimate was produced in a timely manner and when approved by our insurance company we contracted RR &R to do the substantial repairs. The project was started early, completed and within budget.
