Penco Restoration is an amazing company! Our house flooded on a Sunday morning and within one hour of calling, Aaron, Andy, Matt, Jorge, and Brandon were there taking care of the problem. They were kind, efficient, and extremely helpful with answering questions and calming my frazzled nerves. They communicated to us what was happening throughout each step of the process. We are so grateful for their expertise and would recommend them highly!

Updated, again. The pictures in this review were taken two days prior to the original final walkthrough date. The review was posted after the walkthrough didn’t happen and there was no communication or follow through. I was asked to remove the review after the work was finally completed. I offered to update it instead. I understand that the project manager had some matters outside of his job to take care of, that’s not an issue, life happens. The north west Pemco team, formerly Rapid Restoration, was contracted to perform reclamation services on my mother’s finished basement. The initial work of drying out and removal of damaged sheet rock, carpet etc. went ok. However the work performed after having the source of the problem was resolved, the work to replace flooring, replace sheet rock, and paint was far from what it should have been.
