I would like to extend my rated comments on services received from Rapid Response Restoration. I appreciate much for the repairman’s work (bathroom ceiling repairs). During the process, the repairman displayed good knowledge on what he was doing. He was efficient, very thorough with good patience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the job completed.

I've been the lucky winner of 2 basement floods (both times full flooding of my basement through a failed sump pump) which impacted the entirety of our home. In both cases, we called out Rapid Response and their immediate call to action in and services provided helped relieve some of the stress of the unknown and quick action in remediation of personal contents, helped to reduce overall insurance claims.
