Ed and his crew are just plain fantastic. These folks are professional, competent, hard working and an all-around pleasure to deal with. They explained every step of the process to us, laid out options when needed (and came up with some awesome ideas in the process), and answered all of our questions. Great work, great communications, great guys. Let's put it this way: we've already planned our next two projects with Rapid Response Restoration. Highly recommended.
Having damage to one's home is never a fun experience. Ed and Rapid Response made the process the best it could possibly be. He and his crew were fast - "do you mind if we come tomorrow, on a Sunday?"; they were incredibly empathetic, understanding the quality standards we required; and they were completely detailed. Nothing was too small to include on the final punch list. This restoration experience has been golden. I'd trust these guys with anything. HIghly professional.
