Justin and Garrett were a pleasure to work with on my mold remediation project! They communicated early and often so I knew exactly what to expect. They did quality work for a competitive price and I happily recommend them to friends and family. R3 is my go-to mold remediation service!
I am familiar with a job they recently contracted. Appears this company is going through a transition. They walked out on a job that was botched and then demanded like 3 times as much money as the job started out to be. Would not recommend their services. Would give them 0 stars but that is not an option here.
This is one terrific company. Provided quick inspection after my phone call, prompt estimate and excellent work right on time. Matt even came back for some extra clean up that really helped me. Stuff beyond my capabilities. Great people
I had recently found spots all over on the ceiling in our exposed basement. Upon reaching out, Rob got back to me very quickly with details and a potential quote. He also said they would be able to check it out to see if it was mold, free of charge. When we called to schedule something, they were able to come over that afternoon! Discovered mold during a bathroom remodel. Rob was very responsive, addressing the issue quickly. He provided great value as well as education into how the issue occurred and how to help prevent in the future. I highly recommend his services.
