Walk away from this company. I did not realize such an unscrupulous company could exist! The work was so shoddy. They promised completion by a certain date but did not deliver. I am spending MORE money to have another company redo the renovations that Rapid Response had been paid to complete. There is no “rapid” with this company. My bathroom was unusable for over 7 months. Extremely poor performance by owners. Staff Was amazing. Arrived in time but without resources to do job. I needed a rush job and Jerry said no problem. But he did not deliver as promised. Went 7 days with one person here working my home. Job should have been done within 5 days. Be sure to get it in writing when he will deliver. His words do not match his actions.
