It is a joy to write this review about our experience with Rapid Response Plumbing in Framingham. Two days before Christmas (Saturday) we had an unwanted leak under our sink that could have flooded the kitchen. We called a few plumbing companies in the area and Rapid Response was the only company that answered our call. Called about a dozen different places and they were the first to be able to send someone- very nice and helpful
I have used Rapid Response a number of times over the past few years. I was having no luck with plumbers when I first called them, as most plumbers are good but are in such heavy demand that I couldn't get them to even call me back. These guys did and have been terrific. They have replaced my water heater and fixed my heating. They even changed a sink fixture when I couldn't figure out how to do it no matter how many youtube videos I watched. It was really simple but he comforted me in my lack of knowledge. Called with what we thought was a plumbing issue. They were able to come right away and did a very thorough search for an issue. Turns out to not be a plumbing problem which led us to the tile issue. Thanks for your prompt and thorough inspection!
