Everyone at Rapid Response has been very professional. I love their responsiveness and their implementation of technology.
My house is next to a shop you monitor and you stay going off when we pull in our driveway or stand on the front porch. You monitor the shop not my house. I'm about to break the camera unless this stops. The police don't even come anymore because they know it's just us in our house.
Wasn’t a fan at all - very exploitative with rock bottom pay (except for the owners of course). If you Google around about RRMS you’ll find out they pay their current employees for positive reviews. However, most of their past employees have nothing but negative things to say about the company.
