Sold me a used laptop with what turned out to be a bogus copy of Windows on it. When I took it back to have them put on a good copy they said they had to charge me more. Would not take care of the problem, so I have reported them to Microsoft.
This firm broke my HP Scanjet duplex scanner while trying to repair some problems I was having with my CPU. It has now been six weeks since that happened. Efforts by employees to substitute a scanner have failed. I spoke to a woman named Sonya on July 1st about this. She assured me that she would call me between the hours of 10:00 AM... and 4:00 PM Saturday, July 2. She did not keep her commitment to call me. Friendly and responsive service. My Computer was fixed and working perfectly within 24 hours! All the viruses were gone and all of my data was saved. Thank you so much Rapid Response for saving my pictures and files.
