I was quoted $135 over the phone and stated if I wanted the stain treatment it wouldn't add too much to the cost. When the technician arrived, he added an EXTRA $175 on top of the $135 to squirt some liquid solution. It was decent, I expected better, but knew it wouldn't be 100%. I'm more annoyed about the spots that were missed. He "cut me a break" because I gave him $250 cash.
Wow, Rapid Response they are! Requested a quote for carpet repair after business hours. Called me in the morning the next day. Had a technician out within 2 hours of the call. Technician was in-and-out of the house in less than 30 mins and my carpet was repaired/patched perfectly. I just don't know how they could've done any better. Highly recommend this company.
I got three carpet cleaning quotes and this was the most affordable. I was BLOWN AWAY by the AMAZING customer service I was given and their hearts to serve and help in any way possible!! I will only use them in the future and will recommend them to EVERYONE!!!
We had a large light colored sectional that needed cleaning. Afterwards it literally looked brand new! The technician explained the entire process & was super friendly & efficient. I would definitely recommend this business to others.
