Naming a business "Rapid Response" is quite ironic. To be fair, the initial phase of our interaction was seamless. The owner arrived promptly, provided a quote within a week, and sent over the contract. Upon signing, I was assured that we would be scheduled roughly two weeks out and that they would be in touch shortly. Up to this point, I was genuinely impressed. Then came the performance art. Before the job started, Rick reviewed the project and provided a lot of information upfront about the cost and what was going to be involved. Rick's team was great to work with. They were polite and respectful of our home while they worked on our basement wall project. Thanks again.

Rick and his team did a great job with my basement. They installed a sump pump, poured a slab, and took care of the eyesore that was my basement. Great job.

Rapid response did a fantastic job - their crew was amazing and professional - working in the heat in a damp dirty environment didn’t stop them from getting the job done - also the cost was very reasonable taking into consideration the amount of work that needed to be done. Rename the firm to Tepid Response systems. I waited weeks for an appointment. I confirmed it by email robot. Was asked day before to change from 9am to 5pm. And was ghosted. No call. I sent text to reschedule. No follow call received. Why not respond? Or ask an office person to call the day after?
