Rapid response did a fantastic job - their crew was amazing and professional - working in the heat in a damp dirty environment didn’t stop them from getting the job done - also the cost was very reasonable taking into consideration the amount of work that needed to be done. Rename the firm to Tepid Response systems. I waited weeks for an appointment. I confirmed it by email robot. Was asked day before to change from 9am to 5pm. And was ghosted. No call. I sent text to reschedule. No follow call received. Why not respond? Or ask an office person to call the day after?
I bought a house where Rapid Response Basement Solutions had completed the work less than a month before. I have a radon issue and 3 specialists came to give me quotes and each one commented on what a terrible job RRBS had done and said their work needed to be repaired prior to dealing with the radon. The vapor barrier is not attached to the wall in many places. I have called repeatedly to have them come fix the situation and Rick has ghosted me. These guys are great. My basement was flooding and they had someone on site that day. He came up with an action plan on the spot and the next morning a team of guys was at my house installing a sump pump. Everyone was professional and courteous. The team was meticulous about keeping my floors clean and picking up after themselves. The price that was quoted was more than reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done.
