I bought a house where Rapid Response Basement Solutions had completed the work less than a month before. I have a radon issue and 3 specialists came to give me quotes and each one commented on what a terrible job RRBS had done and said their work needed to be repaired prior to dealing with the radon. These guys are great. My basement was flooding and they had someone on site that day. He came up with an action plan on the spot and the next morning a team of guys was at my house installing a sump pump. Everyone was professional and courteous. The team was meticulous about keeping my floors clean and picking up after themselves. The price that was quoted was more than reasonable and I couldn't be happier with the work that was done. A long overdue review, but I want to share what a great experience we had. In January 2024 we had a flood situation with our french drain. After a frantic call to Rick on a Friday evening, he came right away to check it out. He knew exactly what needed to be done to correct the issue. They fixed the problem, and for a fraction of what larger companies quoted.
We used Rapid Response to replace the sump pump in our basement this summer. Rick's team was professional and efficient. They finished the project in two days (originally planned for three days). After the installation, we noticed that the water pumped from the discharage line was damaging our lawn. We informed Rick and he rapidly sent his crew to extend the discharge line by another 10 feet so the emitter can reach our garden area.
Don't even want to give 1 star. Not sure what the issue was but there was ZERO communication after he came to look at my mothers basement so these great communication comments are shocking. My son called was there when the basement was looked at he was told 24 hours for an estimate then nothing. He waited a few days called back left a message no response.
