If I could give Dillon more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I have had quite a few issues with my ac unit and the moment Dillon saw the unit, he knew exactly what was wrong.. that is something no other company had done. On top of that, it is fair pricing and no pushiness to do anything that is not needed. Our air conditioner went out late in the evening last week. We called the company that has the maintenance agreement and they were unable to make an appointment until later the next evening. We called Rapid Response, and true to their name…. They responded immediately! Technician Roger rapidly came to our home and solved the issue! Roger walked me through everything he was doing. Derek came out in a timely manner, professional, insightful and knew what he was talking about. Identified the issue with our duct work and why our unit is working too hard. He has a team coming to address and fix the issue with a quick turnaround time. I highly recommend this company, and if you can ask for Derek, do it! You won’t go wrong.
