Rude staff. Call them today to ask the price. After they told me the price, as I wanted to compare their price to other clinic, I told them that I would think about it and called them back. Before I hung up the phone, the staff said to her colleagues and laughed "oh she won't call back hahaha." She didn't know I was still on the phone. Should be professional at least.

We did the online test observation and certificate. I highly reccomend it. Very convenient, polite, kind and responsive staff. We will be needing more tests in the near future and will absolutely use this service again. I have already reccomended it to 2 friends
