Where do I start? Left me without hot water or functioning shower for 2 weeks before Brian sent anyone (himself) to come even LOOK at the issue. Whacked the rent up over and over for 5 years straight whilst the property continued to have plumbing and mould issues. The upstairs neighbours bathroom leaked into my ceiling due to their equally as dodgy plumbing and instead of sending a professional, he allowed the upstairs neighbour to enter my apartment to inspect himself.
