Great down to earth people, very professional highly recommend Jeanette she worked with me before and after shoulder surgery. Karen the receptionist is just as phenomenal.
In a few weeks, Jeanette helped me to fix a disc that was out of place in my neck causing nerve pain/tingling down my right arm and fingers, which was also making it so I couldn't turn or raise my head and also helped me with a shoulder impingement. I was amazed at what she did for me just with exercises and stretches. I went from being in constant pain even when staying still, to being back to normal. Benchmark in Front Royal VA has good therapists if you need physical therapy. They all are knowledgeable and have more than one way of doing things when needed. They also have a friendly atmosphere. Therapy sessions seem more like having a conversation while you work with the therapist to fix your body parts that do not work so well.
